Default sway bar settings

I just installed Hotchkis sway bars, and have both set to medium. I'm looking to track my car in a week or so and I'm wondering what the best setting would be.
I've got 18" F1 GSD3's, 245f and 275r. Rear tires have 3/4" spacers. Also have RSR TI2000 springs all around, which are supposed to lower .6".
Should I go firm in the rear and medium in the front? All suggestions appreciated...

Hey,

Did you install the sway yourself?

Bring a 14mm box wrench and some ramps and adjust them at the track. The rear can be done in 10 minutes easy.

Tried it myself, the bolts were lock-tight'd on. I'll take a spin around the parking lot and see what works for me.
