OK...nice pads, but keep in mind that the more aggressive the pad, the more rotor wear you will have. Looking at the chart, these look pretty aggressive and likely operate at higher temperatures. For street use as daily pads, I don't think these would be a good option. Personally, I'd go with a lesser grade pad for the street. You will also likely run into a lot of squealing because the pads will not likely reach their operating temperatures. This also affects the brakes performance.

Just something to consider.

DIY....30-45 minutes max in your garage.

It isn't necessary, but it certainly won't hurt. If you were tracking, then of course you should. Otherwise, not a big deal.

I think they should actually last longer. The stock compound seemed pretty soft, hence all the dust. They will likely last longer than the stock pads.

good luck,
Steve

Nice info! Thanks Steve. After your reply and some more research I think I may buy some new rotors as well.

Steve ... Very good point. Will do some more research since there are a variety of pads available here.

Thanks .. Bill

I have looked in the projectnissan.com... they do not have a specific project mu b-force pad for G35 coupe with brembos. I assume that 350z and g35 brembos are the same. so does that mean i will need [Project Mu Brake Pad B-Force 350Z 03+ Front (Brembo)], and [Project Mu Brake Pad B-Force Skyline GT-R R32 Spec V 89-95, R33/R34 95-02 & 350Z Brembo 03+ Rear]. which the total comes out as $180.20 from projectnissan.com are there cheaper sites? Am I getting the right pad for my 6mt G35 coupe?

I think they are same. Call them and ask them.

Also, I checked around and they were cheapest. Since I live here in CA, sales tax is 8.25% so it was better for me to order it from outside and pay for shipping.

Thats about all the update.

All I can say is its still the best pad I used so far.

I got them put on about 2 weeks ago, I would say they bite harder than stock pads. only minor squeak when parking the car, and for the price nothing can beat it. I like these pads alot

I ordered the HC+ and will be installing them the week of June 20th.

These pads will replace my current NISMO aftermarket pads ... will post results and impressions later.

Well, it has been 3 days since I finished installing the P-Mu B Force pads and Rotora rotors.. After bedding and what not, I have noticed that the braking power/ bite has increased steadily as time goes on. Already I can say that it is equal to if not better than stock. ssk0771, did you notice this as well or was yours better out of the box?

AND NO DUST!!! My car looks as clean as when I waxed it after the install the other day!!!

No squeeking either, which is a god send because the stock brakes were driving me nuts.

Thanks to ssk0771 for his suggestions and input.

I just got my set of rear and front project mu pads b-force.(non-brembo). I am getting ready to install them, but I noticed that on the rear pads, only one of them has a sensor. Does anybody know if this is how they're suppsoed to be? My fronts have all the sensors.

Yes, just one side has the sensor... the Mu pads also come like that if I am not mistaken. I have no idea why it is like that...

etang, you have the Brembos on your G35C? If so, yours may more than likely be different than those of us with a non-Brembo setup.

Then again I may be mistaken..

Do these pads come in the size for the non-Brembo brake models?
