I'm not sure. My Stillens had the collars welded in place, and I've never had the problem. There must be other Forum Members who know where to position the collars properly. Maybe they could advise. Slowing to a gentle stop should produce so little lateral and front to rear stress on the bars that it might suggest the noise is coming from a different source. Non-extreme cornering ditto. Are the bushings properly matched to the diameters of the bars? Have you spoken w/ evo tech support?

The bushings are the ones that came with the bar. I am pretty sure it is the sway bar, because these noises never started until I put it on. Haven't spoken with tech support yet, but maybe I should call them up. Any other people out there with the sway bar? hey jcpeyton, thanks for your help.

I've got the 350Evo sway bars as well, but I do not have any odd noises associated with it. I greased the bar and the inside of the bushings prior to installation and I haven't heard a peep from them since.
Regarding the collars, I have these directly against the mounting points; so that there is no give at all.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Have you re-torqued all the bolts to spec? I found that a little loctite on the end adjustment bolts helps keep them tight. Clunking indicates loose bolts, squeaking indicates not enough grease. Sounds like you've got issues with both.
I grease my sways once to twice a year (whenever I hear some noise down there) and have been running them hard for almost two years now. EVO makes really quality stuff. Why not just give them a call?
For those who recommend buying prothane bushings and collars, the EVO bars already come with those..
