do the OEM Brembo's bolt up as direct replacements for the non-brembo brakes and rotors? are there any parts that need to be changed out? how difficult is it as a DIY project? how much would it cost to have a shop/dealer do it?

Direct bolt on, only thing you need to make sure you get is the rear mounting bolts but the fronts are the same. A shop should be able to do it within a couple of hours including removal and installl and bleeding.
