yes. king tut is right. the stock offset of either Z (base-track) allows for clearance of a big brake kit. as long as your rims are big enough you have nothing to worry about.

but with concerns to offset, offset is a big deal. when i put the StopTech BBK on my S2000 i was prevented from using a certain offset because the spokes wouldn't clear the BBK. this was a problem in that the rim would either hit the caliper or the tire would hit the fender. i eventually got the HREs and then rolled the front fenders on my s2000.
