Does anyone think Tein Flex is too harsh for a daily driver? I am debating between Flex and Stance right now.

I do. I changed mine from the 12kg/mm springs to 10kg/mm and it rides much better. The 12's are fine on smooth roads but a bit harsh on bumps.
