Will adding Sways to a stock suspension be a worthwhile upgrade?
So will adding just sways improve handling on an otherwise stock Z?
Or should I invest in other suspension mods first such as shocks and springs.

My FIRST suspension mod was Stillen sways. The difference was noticeable immediately.
Soon thereafter, I added Prothane bushings--another noticeable improvement.
GT Spec front & rear frame braces were next.
WIDE WHEELS and WIDE RUBBER (w/ really aggressive offsets) came next-again another palpable improvement.
Got rid of nismo suspension in favor of Tanabe Sustec Pro S O C--1 1/2" drop.
This car is on rails!!! Don't forget to realign as you go. Prolly not necessary on sway install but anything more advanced will require it.

An added thought (I know some members will disagree)--I bought Stillen sways because they have the stop collars welded in--saves buying add-on collars.
Also, Prothane bushings (also inexpensive) improve a comparatively inexpensive mod.
My 2c.
