Default Need help, Rare Tein Flex Coilovers Noise.

Hi guys.
I have a 2003 350z, and I have just installed the Tein Flex w/EDFC and stillen sway bar. The problem is when I hit any pump; I hear noise coming from the rare passenger side shocks. Is this normal or is there any way to fix it. Is this noise coming from the poor torque??

Thanks

Didn't realize the Tein Flex were rare now. As for the noise it is a common noise with the Tein Flex normally resulting from improper installation. Did you install them? Make sure they put the big rubber OEM cone on top of the coilover in the back per the instructions.

noise is common with any pillow ball setup. Teins and JICs are notorious for this, some have the problem some don't . Do you have the tein flex platinum edition?

Wink

I don't know about you guys but i checked it today, and i found the problem. it was from the upper mount of the shock it self. it was the nut on the top of the rear shock, it wasn't tight enough and the washer was moving and making the noise. i fix it and test drove it and the noise was gone.

Like I said it is normally an install issue. Enjoy.
