OK i have the tein flex coilover suspension with the EDFC and i am entering an autox event this weekend. I was wondering what i should set the suspension stiffness at? (0-16, 0 being the stiffest). Also should i have the front and rear at different settings. Thanks for the help. Kurt

P.S. does anyone have any idea on what i should set the air pressures in my tires at? i have 19"x8.5 in the front and 19"x10 in the rear (if that makes a difference)
