New rims and breakin noise

after installing a new 19"s, i'm having breaking noise.
is this normal?
i just had a new break, and also i never had a break noise before i had 19"s.

With new or bigger wheels, because of the weight/size, your brake is working harder which I think maybe causing the noise/squeak.
