I would recommend getting the sways too, many people on the forums here have said that sways are the single best suspension mod for our car, and make the most difference in handling.

with respect to zivman's comments "You want hotchkis" ; "don't even look at other springs"
i would agree with zivman, but would ask you first if this is what describes you and your goals
1. own a 2004 (as per your avatar) VS the revised 2004.5 make year.
it makes sense that the hotchkis were designed with OEM in mind. however, the OEM suspension is different depending on your make year.
2. want handling similiar to the 2003-2004 OEM spring rates
3. want a moderate drop (as zivman listed)
4. don't want to buy alignment hardware
5. don't want to buy new shocks
if that's your profile, you've got your springs. hotchkis definitely also fits your comment about "not spending much money"; the price is right.
however, if you answered no to any of those, you have other options.

with the responses you gave, yes, hotchkis would be a good choice.
the reasons being:
1. they are close to your stock spring rates, the slightly lower spring rates in the rear will be better handled by your OEM shocks/dampers (a proposed weak point of the early OEM suspensions)
2. the amount of lowering is about the most you can go without needing aftermarket alignment hardware. that being said, you could run lower with other springs, by accepting a more aggressive camber (there is a tanabe spring thread discussing this). but if you want close to OEM alignment specs, hotchkis are your springs
zivman listed how much the car will be lowered. there are pics on hotchkis website and on this forum.
as for the TVS. if you have the budget, absolutely get the sways, or some other brand. they will give you a degree of adjustment to fine tune your handling characteristics. if you don't have the budget now, you can always add them later.
hope that helps

drop of 9/16" front and 3/4" rear seems kinda...
am i even gonna see the difference? with that amount of a drop?
p.s. my car is sittin on 19x8.5 with 245/35 toyo's on front and 19x9.5 with 275/35 on Rear. the offset is both 22. thought maybe this would help.
