350Z rear rotors
I just did this myself. I've got the rotors off and I'm waiting on my rear pads. You'll need a big rubber hammer. Once you get the caliper out of the way you'll need to tap on the rotor in a few stategic spots to get it loss. The inner diameter of the rotor pilots on a protruding shaft. I've only got 6500 miles on a 2003 Z with no winters and the rotor really bonded to this shaft at the ID. Just pound on the rotor in several directions and it will eventually break loose. You'll have to hit it pretty hard.
Now...I wire brushed the paint of the rotor and the shaft and hit both with some paint so they don't bond so bad in the future. I'd also touch these surfaces with a small amount of silicon grease when you put it back together and they should also keep them from bonding in the future.
If you have problems I can send some pics.

Thanks for the info guys. Kwadell is right, I had the wack one side about 20 times and the other probably 50 (in different spots), no kidding. My car has only 16k miles on it, but is over 3 years old.
