Question Any lowering spring comparable to the NISMO Suspension Spring?

Is there any spring that lowers the Z by 0.6 inches (15mm) just like the NISMO Shock and Spring kit? Reason that I am asking is because I am thinking about getting a similar wheel and offset with the recommended tire sizes of 245/40/18 in the front and 275/40/18 rear such as the NISMO LMGT4's and want to lower my Z without rolling the fenders or having any clearance problems. Are there any springs that have this drop? All the spring kits I have seen so far lower the car 1" all the way around.

Thanks any help would be appreciated.
