I'm looking for an Air Bag Suspension kit for my Z...don't really want to pay someone to fabricate one, so I was wondering if a kit existed...also, can airbags give you good handling performance like coilovers?...i doubt it's exactly the same, but is it way worse?

yeah, i wanted to be able to adjust ride height without taking the wheels off...this system looks really cool, but yeah, it's expensive as all hell

 

I followed up with airbagit.com people (you can find their add in any Sport Compact mag). I needed something to help me clear the driveway in the house I bought. They themselves said to me that this is a purely show-car mod and will take away from handling performance.

 

Were they talking about an airbag suspension or the roberuta cup kit I linked to above? This kit is being used primarily on Ferraris and other high-end cars in Japan from what I understand. It's supposedly a "solid mount" unless you're running the compressor, in which case its' effect on handling would be minimal.

None of them are driving Z's though, right? I'm not aware of an airbag suspension package for this car.
