Default Help! Changed brake pads..grinding

Ok, straightforward install of PBR Axxis pads. Car at 30k miles. Non brembo. Changed the pads w/ no problems. Performed the standard break in process, twice per the instructions since I did not turn my rotors. It's now 300 miles later and I STILL have a wicked grinding noise when braking which gradually worsens as i come to a complete stop.

What's the problem? Thx in advance.

Oh and it seems to only be on the rear brakes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any grooves in the rotors? Check the inside of the rotor too. Maybe something like a rock got caught in the pad
