I would recommend some speed bleeders. They replace the bleed screw with one way valves. This way air can never be sucked back in. Only need one person to do it. It comes as a kit with a tube and an IV bag, you just keep getting in/out of the car between sets on pumps to make sure no bubbles are in the clear tube. I've had mine for a year with no problems. I bleed them regularly between track days. I picked mine up from raceshopper.com.

thanks jp...i actually used a speedbleeder..just didnt get the air out of the inside bleeder valve...now they work great..stop on a hair

i was doing 90 yesterday and applied maybe 80% pressure, down to 50 before i knew it..these things grip hard!!!
