Is $250 too much for installation?

I got the eibach pro kit and my local shop said $250 to install the springs and that it will be a 4 hour job. Does this price sound fair?
The pro kit drops it an inch front and back, will there be much of a gap when i put 20'' wheels on? or should i have dropped it lower (eibach sport line)? i plan on putting 245/35/20 tires in front and 275/30/20 rear

a local shop here done in 1 1/2 hours. Shouldn't more than 2 hours.
I have Eibach with 20" and it flush in very close. here is how they look after the drop

Takes on average 1-2 hours depending on what you get.
