Default can crossdrilled rotors be turned?

my brembo (authentic brembo) crossdrilled rotors have a few grooves in them, im about to install new pads, and was wondering if i need to get the rotors turned.

Groves are okay if they're not too deep.

Like they said, it can be done. Many places just don't want to take the time/care to do it.
