Any one using TEIN CS coilevers?
As a retailer for tien. They are alright. I had the basic damper on my GSX. its not jumpy but it makes you fell all the bumps in the raod. the lower you go the worse the ride is.
But one of my distributers have been getting alot of bad feed back on the springs. they are starting to go down hill.

I have them and they are slightly stiffer than stock but hardly noticeable. I switched from Basics which were a little stiff when paired with Cusco sway bars. I also wanted the adjustability of EDFC. It's more of a performance luxury ride than a track setup.

Spring rates 392/392
Stiffer then oem by F+25% R15% (vs 03/04 Z's with the unrevised suspension)
Special Note: A comfort ride system compare to HKS LS.They are valved and sprung to fulfill their intended mission of offering up improved ride comfort. More specifically their valving will impact the performance they can deliver. And to add, revalving them is extremely expensive if you find they are too soft for you. If you want performance, pick a different Tein offering or pick a different brand. The problem that many will run into if they wish to stick with a Tein coilover has to do with your other choices from Tein, Basics or the Flex. Basics have received very good review's on this board, however their dampners are not adjustable and like the CS they do not have seperate ride height and spring preload adjustability. Some owner reports have used the word bounce, you might want to get a ride and drive in a Z that has them before you buy. This leaves the Flex, which comparied to the CS is really at the other end of the product spectrum, much higher spring rates and many owner reviews talk about harshness even at the softest damping settings. If harshness or a firm ride quality set's off any alarm bells in you head, try to get a ride and drive in a Z that has the Flex setup so you can make up your own mind.
IMO, a very good coilover that slot's in between the CS and Flex is the HKS RS. Though it does not have seperate ride height and preload adjustablity, the product does have several owner review's that do paint a very good picture of the product.
