Suggestions on lowering car
i have an 06 Base Z and planing on lowering the car. I am going to run 19" wheels as well as a lip kit in the future. I dont track the car. its more of a weekend driver. what suggestion do you all have with good quality parts where i wont run into camber problems? i searched the thread but wanted to get an up to date suggestion since there are new parts out i believe. A pic of your car wold be nice to get a visualization of how low the car looks like. thanks guys.

I got the Espelir Active GT springs. They state 10mm drop front and rear on the web, but that is incorrect. They drop a good 1/2 inch at least. Ride quality is firm and tight with my Volk Progressive MEs 9.5/10.5 +22, 245/35/19, 275/35/19 Toyo T1-Rs.
I think a lot of people go with the Hotchkis springs for moderate drops. That's what mine is, a moderate drop, and it looks great! I couldn't be happier with them! I really don't like the slammed look, because it not only looks sloppy, but looks really hard on the suspension. I suggest a moderate drop. Then you won't have to buy any aftermarket suspension components, which can be very pricy.

Great looking car Vash. Sweet wheels. Those lips are just right. I have the Volk Progressive ME 9.5/10.5 +22 and they look awesome too.
By the way, where did you get your 06-LED lights? Performancenissanparts.com? I'm trying to find a good place to buy from cheap. Thanks.

Vash, did you need to add any type of alignment pieces along with the springs and are you on the stock shocks?
How is the ride?
Your car has the amount of drop I would like for my car. Thanks for the pictures.

yup running them on stock shocks, and there were no alignment pieces
the ride with the new springs is great, a bit harder than stock though but still comfortable

Vash, do you have any other pictures of your car, maybe a complete side view? Also do you have any scrapping issues?
I found a good price for the H&R springs, I have not bought them yet because I am still a little concerned about maybe having to buy additional alignment pieces.

i've got tanabe GF210s on 19in Volk TE37. 10.5 in rear with a 22mm offset, 275 rear tire and no rubbing. i think it looks perfect, no big gap. It might be fairly low for some but my aerosync front bumper adds to lowness in the front. Just kinda have to be careful coming in and out of steep driveways.

Ok it has been an expensive weekend I bought Tokico D-Spec shocks, the extensions and H&R springs. While I was at the H&R web site I found this and was wondering if anybody has tried this part on the Z. Thanks.
