Angry Tokico D-Spec /rant!

I ordered a set of Tokico 16-way D-Spec shocks from Performancenissanparts.com 3 weeks ago. This upcoming week will be a month. I haven't recieved any updates on it except one reply telling me its on backorder for 5-7 business days. Is there anywhere else that sells its for a better price then this place or close to it and has it in stock? I've orderd other things and it arrived as it was suppose to. I've waited a month already to lower my car. I'm getting my SF-Challenge wheels within a week and watch it come before the shocks do when I ordered the wheels last week.

Cliff notes: Ordered Tokico D-Spec shocks from performancenissanparts.com and this upcoming week is a month and I still havne't gotten them nor an update.

If you haven't noticed their website is down after a server move... I'd suggest calling them. I believe they can't access any orders right now because they're website is down.

you are not the first one lol. ....i ordered the D-spec shocks from them last year and it took forever to arrive. i tried to cancel my order after waiting over three weeks and they wanted a 15% restocking fee. E-bay had the same shocks for 50$ less.
I was wondering how the hell a restocking fee could have applied if there was no stock to begin with.

The reason why there would be a restocking fee is because we do not normally stock them and neither does our Tokico dealer. If I cancel with them, they would charge us a restocking fee as well. TNguyen7, give me a call tomorrow, 626.739.1922, this is my direct line. We can sort out this mess and Ill compensate you on the price for your patience. Thanks.
