Default CAMBERING ISSUE!!! help needed

im so pissed off. so to start i have some rims ok, and lowered it with eibach pro kit. so after about 26k miles my front driver side tire blows at a stop light so i pull over change it n i see a lump that blew open. so yea just get a new tire but i checked the rest of my tires n the inside is bald and the outside has alot of thread. so i got the tire put on and my rim that blew is bent, and im assuming there was so much pressure on the inside it bent my rim. so i got it fixed and i was wondering what you guys think i need to do? im thinking of getting a camber kit for the rear and just getting allignment and maybe that will fix the front. i appreciate your help.

Yeah, when your tires are that bad, I would get a camber kit. Mine are not as bad, but I've had camber issues with previous cars too. Get one, you won't regret it. The only downfall with Z camber kits are their prices. SPC makes one of the best rear kits and they are working on a some front ones now. We should see something from them in a month or so. I'm waiting for their front kits so that I can buy both front and rear at the same time. Good luck man.

As soon as you drop your car, you will need camber kit to bring it back to spec.

Well, you want to have some camber anyway so your car will handle like it should. If you have all four wheels with perfectly zero camber, it won't be the same. I've yet to determine what is a good camber angle after the installation of camber kits, but I do know that you're going to need some negative camber. I was thinking something like 1.2 in the front and 1.4 in the back. I dunno though.

Visit a alignment shop and have the car checked. Can it be adjusted to bring it into specs? If no, then you will have to buy kits for the front or rear or both.

align your car first then see if you need the front or not.

+1 on SPC rear. Good stuff.

There are zero adjustable for the stock front camber, so whenever we lower the Z's, we do need some adjustable one for the front. But someone said there's no need to replaced the rear, because the rear is the adjustable one, there is some chance we could probably realign or readjust to bring them back to spec, correct me if am wrong.

+1 on getting an alignment first. I have eibachs and my right front is about 0.2 degrees out of spec. The left front is barely in spec. Since I'm not so far out of spec, I can't justfiy the expense of a camber kit at their current costs. I just regularly inspect my tires. Also 26k on a set of tires doesn't seem to be all that bad considering some post about getting less than 18k.

Ah $140 that's awesome, I'll have to check that out. The only available camber kit I knew of was Cusco and they run about $600.

$140 a set of 2 for both rear wheels or just 1 wheel?
Does they included the toe bolt or not?

I order it and I have not received it yet, it is $70.07 each. From the wording it appears to include the bolt.

076+1649 Suspension Alignment Component SPC PERFORMANCE Performance Alignment Kit - Rear EZ Arm and Toe Cam - Camber Adjustment Range +/- 4.00 degree - Toe Adjustment +/- 3.0 degree - 2 required $70.07 - Kit
