Default 350evo?

Hey all, I know there's alot of you with the swaybar set out there. I'm wondering if anyone knows the owner or anyone who works there personally. Or if you guys from 350evo troll these boards and see this, please contact me.

I placed an order for the swaybar kit on jan. 4, it was waaay backordered so i decided to cancel it. It's been a couple months and I never received credit back on my card like they said would happen. I checked in after that and i think BJ told me about a check in the mail.. but that hasn't happened either. Anyone else have a similar experience? I know these guys aren't bad but I just really want to clear up this complication i have with them. Thanks!

I don't think they come around here anymore. I know that they are selling their race 350Zs and getting into Porsches. I don't even know if 350EVO is still taking orders. Anybody order anything from them lately? Good luck man!

350EVO is still selling 350 Z parts. I have purchased my complete suspenson from them and the 3.9 rear pumpkin. BJ is straight up to deal with so call amd talk to them if you think there is a problem. I have never had a problem with them.

Don't talk about things you do not know.

C Ray Z

alright, I've called these guys 4 times in the past month. Morning, afternoon, weekday, weekend..... doesn't matter, no answer. Left many messages by phone and email, no response.

if they are still in business, its a strange way to run it. Too bad since they make quality parts and also have good reputation on this forum. But their access is terrible in my current experience.

If you know them personally and know how to access them in another way, let me know.

thanks

About a month ago I dropped them an email asking if they had any sway bars or A-arms in stock.

They replied in 2 days saying both were out of stock but they were making more and they would put me on a notification list when they were ready.

I sent them an email asking how long that would be and if they required a downpayment or anything and I haven't heard back from them.

So they are out there, but seem very busy with other things....

Woah, can't believe this thread got ressurected. Now that it is, I have to chime in. I agree with you palepony, they have a tough time responding to calls/emails... it seems like theyre not even in business anymore.

I'm still awaiting my $435 refund for the sway kit I placed in january of this year. Recently I got an e-mail from BJ saying he sent a check to my address and my exact name which was cashed shortly afterwards. However.. I've checked with everyone here at home and I didnt receive anything.

Anyhow, I sent him an email saying I've received nothing and asking him to bounce the check. Still awaiting response.

I placed an order for sways with them about 2-3 months ago also. First they said they are on backorder. Then they said they cant get in touch with the company that was making them. They finally offered me a refund, and I haven't heard back from them OR gotten my money back since. The phone number doesn't seem to work anymore, and all of the email addresses I have for them just go unanswered. I'll be taking them to small claims court if I don't get a response or a refund soon.

I've been trying to buy a set of 350evo front control arms sincs May... Not much luck... I talked to BJ a couple of months ago... he said he had eight sets of control arms almost ready to go... I haven't been able to get a hold of him since... phone just rings... no answer to email...

Time to look for something else, I guess...

masterj26, I tried, but I used my bank debit card. There is a law that prevents purchases after 60 days from being disputed.

Post about them in 350zmotoring.com. Some of the members there are in Cincinati and I know one of them posted about something he had done there not too long ago. They should know what is going on.

Good news! They have new phone numbers on the site (that actually work now). Even got an answer! Guy told me the company switched hands or something like that, and they have a stack of orders they are doing refunds for sways. He took my info and said he's gonna call back and get it all sorted out though. best of luck to everyone else, I'll keep you posted on mine.

"they are doing refunds for sways"

i guess that means they are no longer producing and/or offering these then?

sheesh what a nightmare.

I ordered my front camber A-arms from them a year ago and the transaction went very smooth. Best quality A-arms I've seen to date too.

Yeah, glad that I got mine when I did. Too bad to hear about all of the trouble.
