Default Best Sway bar setup??

I am probably going to pick up some sways soon, and was wondering what some might suggest as to what sway bar kit will give me the best bang for my buck. Hotchkis, eibach, nismo, stillen?? I know nismo will probably cost the most, and the hotchkis are adjustable, but which will give me the best handling for the money? ......Or are they all pretty much all the same and a noticeable difference between them is unlikely? thanks in advance

Stillen or Hotchkis. Both are adjustable and Hotchkis recently added collar's to the front of thier bars. Stillens have collars front and rear. Eibachs are fine, but vs the Stillen's become difficult to justify $$ wise.

nismo are non adjustable, marginaly stiffer than stock and overpriced

the whole nismo package (suspension and sways) seems to work well though and is a huge improvement over stock according to reviews.

I love my Hotchkis - car handles much more neutral around turns! Concerning cost, I was able to get the sways and springs for $400 - that's pretty hard to beat.

Heim Joints replace the factory end links which connect the sway bar to the car. They are pretty nice to have as they are stiffer and are adjustable to further help in dialing in your suspension.

Our vote is for the Eibachs, they're adjustable, have built in collars front and rear, don't squeak and the fit is perfect.

Stillen bar's are adjustable, have built in collars front and rear, don't squeak and the fit is perfect,....but cost a lot less then the Eibach bars. Either one makes sense on their own merit's, but their's no reason to pay more for brand B when they deliver the same basic thing as brand A.

Stillens are nice but some people may just prefer Eibach. Plus, Eibachs have a million mile warranty, does Stillen?

Thanks,
Gary

I also hear good things about the full S-Tune suspension set up. I have a 100K bumper to bumper and Ill pay for the peace of mind I get from having Nismo stuff, that way no a**hole dealership will try and turn me away. Just found out Im getting a dislocation allowance of almost $2K! So yea full S-Tune it is for me

Good reply Gary No arguement about the pull of the brand, just pointing out that under the context of the question asked, "best bang for the buck", the Eibach's don't fit when pitted against the Stillen's. The Eibach warranty is nice on paper, but we've never seen a bar failure or issue that can be related to warranty issues since the car came out regardless of who made the bar oem or aftermarket. Not lubing the bushings or maintaining them and or end link issues, those we have seen.

My mistake, I did not factor in the "best bang for the buck" part. With that being an important attribute to the buying decision then yes the Stillen's or even Hotchkis would be a better fit. Their all good and you would notice a difference with any of them.

Thanks,
Gary

If you disregard price for a second, how do the 350evo bars compare with the stillens?

i just got my hotchkis on today and went driving around some tight curvey mountain roads, and i tell you what, of all the mods i have second guessed this one the least... after driving with it i can't believe how much of an improvement this is... i can't wait to go auto xing this summer... ive got it set on med/med and it feels like there is close to zero body roll... i went the cheap way with Hotchkis, and do not regret it at all. Great bar and right now JSC speed has them on special for around $265 shipped, i HIGHLY suggest getting some and putting them on as soon as possible if you are even thinking about it. I just wish I had done it sooner.
