ok, i've searched and read a lot of different threads on the subject, just finding all sorts of info i dont need/understand

ok, first off, im no suspension guru by any means, in fact, thats the one thing i know nothing about.

my shocks are heading the wrong direction on the Z after 60K

im not planning on lowering the car cause im on stock 18's. im not a serious auto-x'er either, maybe a little drag once in a while but other than that i just like to cruse the backroads a lot!

so finally my question is: i want to know what are good shocks for our stock suspension for the money, i have other performance mods on my list so nothing too outragious. also do i need sway bars or anything like that(what i mean is how much will it help our suspension out)?
