eibach springs...anybody got em?
i'm thinking about buying some springs and the eibach sportlines seem the best for the money so far. does anybody have them? how do they ride, handle, etc? how hard is it to drive a z lowered an inch?

Eibach 350Z sportline progressive springs 1.2"/1.2" drop
Front: 239/400 Rear: 257/435
The best? I don't agree with that, way too much spring rate spread.
Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2” drop
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown so if they are wide spread we don't really know)
IMO, even though they are pretty far removed from just buying springs alone, get the Tokico shock and spring setup. 1" drop on linear springs with a decent increase in spring stiffness, which will help account for the loss in suspension travel.
Tokico D-spec suspension kit 350Z
Spring rates in LBS 375/375 1" drop (linear springs)

You are going with the sportline that is quite low, I have the pro-kit and it's low...I just ordered the Nismo body kit (replica) and that will be another 1/2 an inch in the lowness (is that a word) of the car.
if you are not going with a kit for the future then the sportline would be ok.
BTW
I like the feel and ride of the pro-kit

I didnt love my eibach pro-kit... they rolled a bit more then stock and then got really hard once they were compressed some...
in this photo.. the blue / silver Z is on Eibach Pro-Kit... the Gold car is on NISMO shock and spring...
I would go with Tanabe GF210 or TEIN S-Tech's...

I have the Eibachs sportline and have had no problems, be prepared to get a camber kit for the back atleast. Thats going to be both the Camber arm and the Toe bolt. I don't bottom out on daily driving, but be carefull with speed bumps, take them slow. The front of the Z has very little overhang past the tires so I never scrape the front on any driveways. Its not like a Camaro with a big nose.
