The OD on the front bags is 6" and rear bags are 5.8" diameter. on the 350z you should not run into any wheel issues over stock suspension. The wheels will come into contact with the spindle in the front and the shock in the rear before the bags.

now if your wheels are going to stick out past the fenders we will need to adjust the brackets or bump stops to limit the drop.
