Default Rear Suspension question

We're building a couple 350Z race cars. We've built other cars before and have little knowledge that is specific to these. From what we've found so far, the rear suspension has a lot of bind in it. The arms rotate on more than one axis and stretch the bushings. Anyone have any experience with how to minimize this with the stock bushings?

I've heard some people run the mounting hardware 'loose' and lock the nuts in place. Seems a bit dangerous.

Any help would be appreciated.

The bushings have to stretch. In a multilink suspension you have to have movement at the mounting points. If you didn't you wouldn't have any suspension play at all.

Yeah, I know. Unfortunately that bushing stretch is not ideal for a race car. It is difficult to manage the wheel rate when you have to factor in bushings stretch/bind.

Contact EVO350 on the phone and see if they have one of their sperical bushing kit's on the shelf. Not sure if you'll have success however since they got out of racing their Z's and put them up for sale, they've almost abandoned the Z it seems.
