solid motor mounts pretty much do what this bar does though, except the brace point becomes where the mounts are, made a huge huge difference on my car

I got to take the car for a spin finally this weekend and around corners, i'd have to say that the car feels much more stable and planted around turns. I have the 4 point ladder and rear tie brace installed only and I noticed a difference so for those that have the advantage of fitting the other two bars you should feel more of an improvement than I did. I can't wait to see how it feels around the track!
rick is right...with the ladder and rear brace alone the car feels a whole lot more connected.....
as for me i have three gt spec braces in back and the tanabe front brace...car is stiff!!!
