In the track videos, the JDM ones, they always go over the cars setup prior to racing, including all the spring numbers and such and brands. They dont go over the fine tuning however, which is half the battle.

Their car is also insanely light, so the above parts and more importantly the settings they run, are only really applicable to a car of that weight, but gives you an idea of what some out there run
