Default New pads with new rotors?

I have the stock brembos with about 12,000 miles on the pads. I'm buying some drilled brembo rotors (for looks mostly, i know slotted are better), do i have to buy new pads when i do my new rotors? I have about another 20,000 miles left on my stock pads and would like to use them, then when they go out ill get high performance pads.

There's no need to buy new pads with new rotors. You'll be fine running your existing pads on there.
