Just installed my Megan last week. It makes a noise (thud ) when I go over small bumps at low speed. After searching this site and G35 I tighten the top nut of the strut. Still does it. I put new rubber on top of the strut and tighten it down. Check all the nuts and bolt including the sway bar end link. Still there. On the spring I did reused the lower rubber and make a new one for the top mount. Still there. So the spring are isolated and the strut are isolated from metal to metal everyone conection have a rubber insulation on them. Where is the noise come from ??? Only the pass. rear that give me trouble. I have installed and removed them to try to corrected every problem I could have think of like 5 times already. So time for some input as of what else could be the problem. By the way all the bushing are still good. And this is a 05 G35 coupe with 20k. Thanks in advance.
