I have them. Ride is pretty good, better than stock. I'd recommend them. The only thing I don't like is that they don't drop the rear enough.

You won't be keeping your drop to a minumum with Tanabe NF's (or GF's for that matter)

Tanabe NF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1.2”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 314/353

Your minimum drop choices are

Tein H-tech 350z linear springs .3”/.2”
Spring rates in LBS 358/375

Espelir 350Z progressive springs .4"/.4"
Spring rates in lbs 386/515 (peak rates, initial rates are unknown)

RSR 350Z linear springs .6”/.6” (may be hard to find, Ti set on ebay now)
Spring rates in LBS 345/417

Tein S-tech 350z (fronts are progressive, rears are linear) .7”/.6”
Spring rates in lbs 386/402 (final rates only, softer initial front progressive rate unknown)

Hotchkis 350Z Linear springs .6”/.8”
Spring rates in lbs 340/330

Swift 350Z linear springs .8”/.6”
Spring rates in LBS 336/364

Don't forget about the Espelir "Active Super Down" spring set

i have them, have had them for about 6-8 months now. i'm still using my stock shocks, which i think i should replace right about now, but what the hell. i don't have the money right now for new shocks.

but to answer your question, i don't think they are bad springs. they lower nicely (not too much). the ride quality is a little stiff in my opinion, but it's not that bad because it's expected when you lower your car right? anyways, i hope that helps. good luck!

They lower the car .4" They use higher then normal peak spring rates, but trade performance and peak handling because they are progressive with wide rate spreads (given the number of coils that bind).

Espelir 350Z progressive springs .4"/.4" (10mm)
Spring rates in LBS 386/515 (softer inital rates unknown)
