Default Brake Service Help

So while I was getting my latest oil change the dealer said I needed new front brakes. I have about 16K miles on my 350Z, So afterward I checked them out myself and they do seem to be getting a little bit low.

Now, the question here is do I need to do anything else other than replace my pads? I checked out the rotor and noticed that the edges do have a "dip" along the outer and inside edge. Does this mean I need to adjust / replace my rotors as well? Anything else I should check while replacing my break pads?

Thanks for the help!

Cant tell much without numbers?

Minimum pad thickness is 2mm.
Maximum rotor wear is 2mm.

If you are going to keep the rotors, I recommend having them turned.
