Guys I ned to get the driverside wheel facing as straight as possible to get my car to an alignment shop this morning.

I have to lossen the adjustment bolt of the tie-rod, but the thing is locked or seized in place. I really dont want to drive the car like this to an alignment shop, but if I have no choice then oh well.

Can anyone get me some tips to lossening the adjustment bolt?

Ive searched for a couple of hours and nothing. Thanks
