I was wondering if anyone has KW v.2 coilovers. I have heard many people speak of these coilovers (non-350z owners) and how good they are. thanks in advance.
i had the kw v3's on my audi. hands down the best suspension setup ive owned. love the fully adjustable capabilities. i think difference between v2 and v3 is the compression and rebound ajustablilties

Just got my coilovers installed today at Vinny Ten Racing. Great bunch of guys. Well here is my experience. The car is a daily driver and live in a place where the roads are more bumpy/pothole/cracked than smooth.
Well i took it for a test drive with the mechanic in the car. I took it around the block but really could not push it. I also figured hey its a new mod and thinking nothing of what i need to do to test these bad boys out. I pay my bill and get heading home(about 35 mile drive). After 20-30 minutes into the ride it became very noticeable and difference in ride quality and handling. I am not saying that it is bad but you feel more confident driving the car without it hopping or skipping when going around a bend with a bump in it(NYC roads). The ride is not harsh or bouncy at all. It feels more planted. Before I pulled the trigger on purchasing coilovers I was thinking to myself "this is a mistake. you should not do this because you are not going to like it and the ride quality is not going to be good (even after reading the forum because only the bad things were sticking in my head). The whole time while the coilovers were being installed I was thinking to myself "man I'm going to keep my stock suspension just in case I don't like them." Well all of my negative thinking went out the door. hahaha... I will keep updating this as the days go on (only for about a week or 2). If there is any question or request/opinion please ask I will be more than willing to test it out for you.
ohh a couple of things. I am riding about 1/4 in lower(very un-noticeable unless you see it for yourself because pictures do not do it justice. I will take some better pictures over the weekend(hopefully the suspension will settle in a bit more). I am at KW factory recommend ride stiffness. 1 full turn counter-clockwise from full soft in the front and 1 and 1/2 in the rear( i believe 3 or 4 full turns (from soft) will take me to full stiffness. As i said i want to wait till the suspension settles in and waiting for the rims i have purchased from "usrimsupply" here on the forums before I start adjusting ride height and stiffness.
on a side note: please do your own research on coilovers / springs and shock set up. I say this because what i am looking for in a ride quality and handling might not be yours. BTW: I have only have one other experience with suspension work and it was a 4 inch lift kit for my '91 Jeep Wrangler.
