Just a friendly tip to everyone, DO NOT order from these ***** fukas. I ordered front ultimax slotted rotors and rears. I got them today and they are not what I ORDERED. I call them up and said Im sending theseback asap please send the correct order. They told me in order to get the rotors i ordered i would have to pay again and they would refund my 1st order in 30 days....WTFFFFFFFF

If they sent him the wrong part, it's the shippers fault. Whether he bought or didn't buy insurance is irrelevant in his case.
That being said - it goes to show you why you need to get a written/emailed/faxed confirmation so you have something to verify before shipment can occur. It also helps to check out a company beforehand to see what their return policies are. I've skipped over companies because I've seen 25% restocking fees in their fine print. Especially if it's a costly item I'm buying. Caveat emptor - buyer beware.

I ordered the rotors online & did check my emailed confirmation. I found autopartswarehouse.com while searching a thread in this forum. I just dont see why they cant just exhange the goods and call it a day. I think there call center is in India. ahaha

but my buddy used to work there in the call center. He lost his job to the cheaper 'English as a second language' guys.
