Default Tein Basic vs swap stock spring only

Guys, I was seriously consider putting Tein Basic on my Z. My garage also suggested to go for springs only since my car has the nismo kit, so it wouldnt be too low after drop it. So if I use the stock shocks, did you guys have any good experience with any spring you use? I am thinking to use either Tanabe or Tein GF210 ...

Find the specs here for the 350Z with Basics, notice the min and max drop specs. You can run as much drop as GF210's or set the car up a bit higher at .8".

Really what you get should be dependent on what you want once the parts are installed. Maybe all you need is springs, maybe not.
