Nismo T2.

Not really, these things are definitely meant for sticky tires and the track.

Someone from the Tanabe army should speak up shortly....

If a like stock ride quality is the only real driving force behind your desire to lower the car 1", pretty much any 1" drop spring will do. Though you do want some spring rate increase over oem in the front to help keep you off the rather unforgiving front bump stops that you can't cut.

Oem spring rates for 04.5-07 cars
314/427

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown)

Tanabe NF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1.2”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 314/353

Progress Technology progressive springs 1.0”/1.0”
Spring rates in LBS 425/385 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)

Vogtland 350z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 257/354 initial/final rear 285/422

Kg/mm DRacing progressive springs 1.2”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 252/454 initial/final rear 252/482 rear

I have the Hotchkis and it's very nice. Seems to be same as stock with a little better handing. With the sways there one great package together.

But I like what Gsedan35 said. I've been planning on going to the Eibach for slightly better spring all the way around.

The Eibach Pro-kit or Tanabe Gf210 seem to give the "perfect" drop on the Z. I might get one of them in a few months.
