Default Caster is out in the left.

Got an alignment this morning. Caster is out in the left. Nissan claims that there is no adjustment for this, tow only. Is there a cause for concern? They didn't seem to think so. They adjusted everything else. My Z: 03 Touring w/new tires & 27821 miles on the odo.

I guess that any cause for concern would be driven by how bad the caster is out of spec.

Was the car in an accident?

Caster causes drifting across the lane just as any parameter different from side to side.

If the parameters are outside the in warranty limits in FSM them the frame is twisted or bent.

Just like 1 degree of camber is ~~0.125", caster can be calculted in fractional inches of error.

Well, the car has not been in an accident since I've had it (since 15,500 miles). Nothing that was reported before that. It does not drift across the lane as described above. So I'm not sure whats going on with it. It steers and handles well with no unusal tire ware. Was in a hurry so I forgot to get the read out. If I get a chance I stop by and see if they can give me the info tomorrow.

If you're not experiencing any unusual tire wear and it's not affecting anything else (handling, tracking) then the caster setting may be right on the limit of the specifications. IOW, it may be out but not by much.
