Ok i may not be getting rims. That depends but I need to know if i am stuck with the stock 18's whats the best way to improve handling for now. I was thinking of buying Cusco Coilovers but then i cant buy some other small upgrades i wanted. What is a good drop spring that wil not ruin my factory shocks/struts. My cousin had an integra with eibach prokit and completely destroyed his suspension within 3 months.

 

get some springs that will drop under an inch. You could also get some spacers for your rims. With a drop plus spacers it should look pretty nice.
