Default Urgent help: weird suspension problem.

06 z, Stance coilovers, 1. When i had the front coilovers set to the same ride height on the coilover the left side of the car was about a 1/2 inch taller than the right side.
Now after talking with stance USA I was told to set the fender to the ground height the same instead. So I did...

2. Now the front shocks are obviously not the same height, but the frame ride height is the same left to right. The problem is now the steering wheel is cocked to the right. If i put it at dead center the car pulls left hard.

Please help I have an appointment to get aligned tomorrow.

Get a corner balance without you in the car if you want all the sides to be even.

Well, if you change the ride height, that will affect the alignment, so you need to decide on a ride height first, before you get an alignment. The best would be to take it to a shop that does both corner balancing an alignment so that they could adjust everything for you.

i know this might sound retarded but check your psi on your wheels your car will be off if your tires aren't at the same psi it can make a big difference i now from experience lol. If you have low pro tires some times you can't even tell if they are as flat as they really are.

Also, did you make sure the ground was level when you made the measurements? Yes, you can get it corner balanced first, then get an alignment.

I still have the stock suspension but noticed the front driver side was about 1/2 inch higher than the passenger front (level ground...multiple readings). Conversely, the driver rear was 1/4 lower than the passenger rear. The OP asks a great question...frame even or shock even?

Also...is this variation in the ride height normal?
