Default rear camber is adjustable

For some reason I was under the impression that both front and rear camber was not adjustable.

I crawled under the Z today and noticed that the rear is adjustable.... it's news to me.

There are cam washers that locate the lower control arm bolts where they attach to the frame of the car.

I wonder how much adjustment they provide?

I'll be installing my Eibach springs this week and was hoping to be able to twaek the rear camber back to stock if possible.

There is enough adjustment to bring around 3/4" of drop back into spec. Eibachs lower the rear 1.2" so you will need camber kits if you want the stock spec.

If you don't install camber kits let us know how close you can get to spec without the kits. There are a lot of members here that I think would be interested.

I just got my alignment done, after a week with Eibachs. The fronts don't look too good.


Front:

Caster
L = 9.2 R = 8.7
spec = 8.92 to 7.58

Camber
L = -1.3 R = -1.5
spec = .17 to -1.33

Toe
L = 0 R = 0

Rear:

Camber
L = -1.7 R = -1.9
spec = -1.08 to -2.08

Toe
L = .10 R = .05

Thanks for the info. I feel we need to get close to 1 degree negative camber to show improvement in tire life.

I agree. I also think a front camber closer to the -.2 to -.3 range would eliminate some of that inside tire wear (feathering) some people are reporting.
