Default Big Brake Kits - Need advice

I'm new to the Z club and wanted some advice from the people in this forum on what they recommend for getting a decent brake kit. My Z is a 2003 Enthusiast. I am planning on putting a supercharger or twin turbo on it in the near future, but wanted to make sure it could brake well before I start ramping up the horsepower. I've seen a few different kits out there like brembo etc. What have any of you used and recommend. Any advice would be helpful.

How much money are you trying to spend. There are many diameters you can choose from, as well as different companies. I went with Stoptechs 355mm(14.1in) all the way around and do not regret it one bit. I had AP Racing 13in before, but the stopping doesnt compare imo! IF you want to spend 4k on a brake kit, I would opt for the Stoptechs. If thats not in the budget, then you can go for the smaller 13in as well and save about a grand.

If you don't plan on really tracking the car etc, the stock brakes will be fine to some extent. I am going to assume stock boost in your case, because you did not specify, but I only recently upgrade to AP Racing 4 piston front brakes, and as far as driving on the street, I am happy with the upgraded, but again I don't think it is required at all unless you plan on doing some hard braking.

1st post in a forum should never be a new thread imo.
