Default aftermarket suspension bushings?

hi. has anyone upgraded their suspension bushings? my lower front arm bushings have deteriorated and looks like i'll need something with a lot more integrity than the stock ones. i must drive pretty crazy.

i checked out energy suspsension and they don't have anything for the g or z. any advice? thanks in advance.

it's not index 2. the bushing that ripped is connected at the chassis. basically the lower control arm is pretty thin at that area of connectivity. the bushing was destroyed and the arm slid off of it. yikes!

i'll try to get a picture tonight as my tools were left at my friend's place. thank you for the reponses.

edit: looking at the picture again, the big long thing is the part of the chassis, correct? if that's the case, then YES, this is the bushing that ripped. funny thing though... i saw various "recent" diy pics of z/g's and they all have a very thick lower control arms.
