Black BBK's with Black Wheels
Its your call at the end of the day but in your case either will probably work just fine. You have to figure if you can deal with Skid always having bigger (better?) brakes than you down the road though

Just tell yourself that it isn't always size that counts...at least that's what my girlfriend always tells me
DOH!
Believe me, the price between 355 and 332 in the front will be minimal in the grand scheme of things. For piece of mind the extra few bucks is well worth it IMHO.

In your opinion, if you built your engine and added 100whp, do you think you would feel the need to upgrade to 6-pot brakes on the front?
Thanks
I love it!
As for 6 pots, well, I suppose it would depend on how hard you track it, and since I haven't been to the track with my Stoptechs yet, I can't really say.
However, dave Zeckhausen, a pretty knoewledgable brake guy, who also provides pads for Stoptechs, told me that with the race pads I bought (PFC-01), I won't have any problems at the track, even with continuous lapping, and more power.

Dont worry about 4 piston vs 6 piston...torque output is the same with the only advantage being more pad volume. If you were at a point where you were oversaturating ST40 race pads with a 355mm kit, you are probably in a full race car with downforce on competiton race slicks and no ducting. For comparison purposes, the LG Motorsports World Challenge Corvette ran our 4 piston setup with PFC01 pads for years and that is a stripped out 550HP car with downforce and a very aggressive driver on the mandated shaved RA-1s so Im pretty sure your Z with moderate track use will be fine. Remember, its not about horsepower, but the speeds you are braking from. Just because you have more power doesnt mean you will always be braking from 140+.
