Default 07 calipers Fitment question

I did a search with no result. Will the 07 regular calipers fit on an 03 350z with the 17" rims? If it does, what else will it need besides the calipers which I will get, thanks in advance.

Also whats the difference, I know the 07 has the dual piston front, but how much better is it compared to the 03 calipers. I dont have the money to upgrade to 18s and the brembos and htis is less the a quater of the price. Thanks in advance and please no "do a search noob" responses, thanks.
