Finally here is some pics of the new drop. She still needs to settle a day or so but I couldnt want to take pictures.

I KNOW they are foggy, but the rims reflect TOO much light into the apature and screws it up Cant complain, i like shiney.

For you, or anyone else that has installed the Eibachs.....are you still using the same shocks, and if you are, do you plan on leaving them?

That subject has been brought up numerous times. It is ok to keep the stock struts. The drop is minimal at best.

Honestly this isnt low enough for me. Im going to sell these after car show season is out and run HKS coilovers or GC's if they ever come out.

Yup if you ride around on it slammed like the rice boys do. Iwant it nearly stock height around town and slammed ONLY for shows. They are cheap and i can get them and get RID of them easily.

The eibachs are the same way. I love them and all, but its easy to get rid of them when I want

 

Beautiful car dude! Did you have the bounce/jounce prior to the Eibachs and if so, was it eliminated?

 

Yes same story as everyone else. Highway hop was gross, and in-town driving was sometimes choppy. Its better now. I dont know if its GONE, because Ive yet to do 80 down the highway since they were put on. Gimme a couple days when I drive to do the alignment.

 

I think your car looks nice as is, not sure lowering it more would improve looks?

I got stock suspension. I noticed that the faster I go on the concrete fwy's the less bounce. I was going over 100 last night (on my way back from seeing RodH's car for the first time), wow, it was smooth. Too bad we got speed limits, this car loves speed.
I wonder what 120mph or more feels like?

 

Eibach on stock shocks. As mentioned, drop is minimal. I DO plan to change them to Eibach shocks when those become available (supposed to be under development), since I would expect the Eibachs to be better tuned to these springs.

 

Feels the same as 100! In fact, I've been to 140 and its smooth as 100. Way too much confidence at that speed, makes it addicting. You never wanna let go of the pedal.

As one of the japanese race-drivers in the best motoring vol 6. video said during his top-speed slalom test... "take this thing to the autobahn, no problem!"

 

Amen to that. I used to hang out at 91 to 93, new hang out with Eibachs and Y pipe is more like 103 to 105, can't even notice. VERY addictive and I have no radar yet.

Thats when the turnpike permits it. Most of the time is bumper to bumper at 45mph...
