for those who have had personally experienced either this suspension kits, which one would you suggest and why?
-zeal function xs
-kw variant 3
-tein monoflex
-tein flex

The Zeals are on another level, no? I've got the Zeals and am completely satisfied.

 

Even though the other products in the list provided could have had some far worse choices, have to say ^+1 they are on another level, Ohlins too for that matter.

 

actually i was looking into ohlins also but with a quoted price of like 3000-3500.... don't get me wrong, its ohlins but with that price, i could get a coilover, camber kits for both front and back, and some sway bars. may be in the future ill go with ohlins, after my first aftermarket coilover gives up on me.

 

I did my research, looked around... and went with the Zeals. I will never buy another brand.

 

There is a VERY big difference between your first option and your 4th option... what exactly do you want out of your coilover system? I think if you describe your goals, some very knowledgable people on this forum could be very helpful.

 

my car is a daily driver with occasional track days. comfort is important but...... id say 40% comfort and 60% performance.

i spoke to andy about the zeal and kw variant 3 since he had those suspension. he did say that zeal is a great suspension, but for a daily driver with only occasional track days, KW would be better. im looking into the tein monoflex also...... if any people who have or had this suspension, please share your thoughts on this one.

I think there's another review floating around also.. I believe Alberto just installed them.

I have no experience with the others. I'm satisified with the Tein's. I'm sure there is better, but unless I'm staying on the track all the time I don't see the point in it. For anything you'll want to do on a curvy road somewhere, they'll work.

If you can afford the Zeals, I have no idea why you'd even consider anything else. They're stiff, have tremendous dampening, read the road great and do not make a sound (after breaking in).

I have the tein flex w/the EDFC. I can dial in whatever dampening I want. I use my car for weekends and track days now and it works on all surfaces. I have been in cars with both the Zeals and the tein...I would go with the tein if you want ultimate flexibility. I love the fact that I can control damening and ride height with my set up. I thought that the Zeals were more of a momo-function set up.
