eibachs home install??
my friend installed lowering springs on his truck and says he would be able to help me do my Z.
Are there any special tools required to do the swap? or just jack up car, remove shock, replace spring, drive away?
Seems simple to me, but please stop me before i get in over my head.

I'm in the process now. The back ones are as easy as you describe. For the fronts you also have to remove the strut brace. There is a procedure for this so you get it adjusted right after
re-installing. You also have to take a few more things apart.
Spring compressors and a ball joint spreader would be very helpful (for the front).
Have fun

Has anyone posted pics of a similar install? I'd like to see what is involved. I'm looking at the Eibachs, but am afraid that I wouldn't make it up or down my driveway with them on. I don't have much clearence as is with stock height.
